Murrieta sits next to Temecula along Interstate 15 and grew quickly after the city incorporated in 1991. Most of its homes are tract houses built from the late 1980s through the 2000s, along with older properties around Old Town Murrieta and newer communities in the hills.
That mix shapes the calls. Homes from the late 80s and 90s are at the age for pinhole leaks in copper, slab leaks and their second or third water heater. Newer homes mostly need drains cleared, toilets and faucets repaired, and their first water heater replaced.
Many Murrieta homes sit on concrete slabs, so warm spots on the floor or a water bill that jumps for no reason are worth a call. Calls are answered 24 hours a day Monday to Friday, plus Saturday 8–2 and Sunday 8–12.
